Acqua della Regina Glass Candle. Inspired by the accord carried from Florence to the French court in 1533. Citrus, petitgrain, neroli, lavender, rosemary, clove and musk. Hesperidic and aromatic. Firenze 1221 collection.
Description
When Caterina de’ Medici left for France in 1533 to marry the future King, she took with her both her perfumer Renato Bianco and his composition of Italian citrus and aromatic plants. Known as Acqua della Regina, or Queen’s Water, it is among the oldest continuously produced accords at the Officina. This candle carries the accord: citrus, petitgrain, neroli, lavender, rosemary, clove and musk. From the Firenze 1221 collection.

How to use
Place on a heat-resistant surface before lighting. On first use, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface. Trim the wick to 3-5 mm before each use and keep it centred. Do not burn for more than three hours at a time. Extinguish with a candle snuffer. Never leave unattended, and do not move while lit or while the wax remains liquid.Description
